Objectives
1. To promote friendship amongst members.
2. To promote and maintain interest in the sport of Bodybuilding.
3. To participate in and organize local and international bodybuilding competitions.
4. To act as the governing body for the sport of Bodybuilding in Hong Kong.
5. To organize and co-ordinate bodybuilding functions including coaching schemes, courses, demonstrations and the compilation and dissemination of bodybuilding news.
6. To communicate world news about bodybuilding to all members.
